Dear Crate Crochet Subscriber,
This is a quick guide for you on how to manage your Crate Crochet subscription account should you ever wish to update your details, take a break from your boxes, change to a different box or cancel entirely.
For ease of logistical and technical reasons, our subscription box website and crochet online shop are located on two separate websites.
Our Crochet Shop (www.cratecrochetshop.com.au) site offers the opportunity to earn YARN STARS on your shop purchases and we are working on a way to offer some benefits for subscribing with us too. To manage your Subscription account, you will need to log in here: www.cratecrochet.com.au
If you have forgotten your password just click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link and an email will be sent to you within a few minutes with instructions. Once you have logged into your account you will see a layout containing your current subscription(s) and if you scroll through the page you will also see your account login details, also your address and payment details which you can edit should you wish to change. Click the pink ‘EDIT’ buttons of each these sections to change.
Please try to keep only one shipping address on your account as this can confuse the third-party shipping applications we use to fulfil subscription orders.

HOW TO SKIP A RENEWAL AND PAUSE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Got heaps of WIP’s on the go and need to take a break? Not a problem. Pausing your subscription also means you will not be removed from the group and you can skip as many times as you need to.
Renewals always activate automatically on the 1st day of each monthly/3monthly/6monthly cycle. Therefore, please ensure you make changes BEFORE this date. Click the ‘EDIT’ button in this section. This takes you to a page where you can ‘SKIP NEXT RENEWAL’. Therefore, if your subscription is monthly, your next renewal will be skipped and you won’t be charged and will not receive a box that month. If you have a 3 or 6 monthly subscription you will be skipping from the next scheduled renewal date for 3 or 6 months respectively. Once the next renewal date has passed and you wish to skip another renewal, simply repeat this process again before the next renewal date. HOW TO CHANGE YOUR BOX CHOICE
If you wish to upgrade from beginner to a different box, or change your Classic box to Yarnaholic (or vice versa) you can do this from the Edit Subscription page as well. Just click on EDIT button under ‘Your Subscriptions’, on the next screen select the options to change your box and payment frequency etc. For Yarnaholics and Classics you also have the opportunity to change your colour palette for your box too.
IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL
We hate to lose you but we all appreciate that life gets busy and we wish to spend our hard earned pennies in another way… No worries at all, again just click on the EDIT button under your subscription and cancel your box, any outstanding paid for shipments will continue to be shipped as they have already been forward ordered and reserved for you. We do read our reviews and feedback so please be as constructive as possible, we may not always be able to respond however, it does help us to improve our offering. Any rude comments (yes sadly we have had some in the past) will simply just be ignored. We all very different and understand our boxes won’t suit everyone... :)
